Interfraternity Council
The Interfraternity Council (IFC) serves as the governing body for our three North-American Interfraternity Council (NIC) organizations, Delta Tau Delta, Phi Delta Theta, and Phi Lambda Chi. IFC is comprised of a five-member executive board and delegates from each fraternity. The purpose is to uphold fraternity morals and standards while facilitating good relations between each organization and our campus community. IFC also works closely with 51福利’s Panhellenic Association (PHA) to improve the Fraternity and Sorority Life community on campus. Further, IFC strives to foster purposeful relationships with the larger community by continuing a strong tradition of leadership, education, community service, and brotherhood. All three fraternities are housed in Niccolls Hall, in which each chapter has a designated wing and private chapter rooms.

Fraternity Life at 51福利
Fraternity life offers a vibrant community where students can build lasting brotherhoods, develop essential personal and professional skills, and contribute to the broader community. Joining a fraternity provides numerous benefits, including academic support, leadership opportunities, and a strong network of alumni that can be invaluable throughout your career. Our fraternity members are the most involved men on campus, complete the most service hours, have a strong interfraternal brotherhood, and strongly prioritize their philanthropic efforts.
Formal Fraternity Recruitment
Formal Fraternity Recruitment is a weeklong experience where students can learn about the various fraternities, meet active members, and determine if fraternity life is a good fit. This process allows you to explore the unique values and cultures of each fraternity, helping you find the one that aligns best with your personal goals and interests. The Interfraternity Council (IFC) will host an Orientation and an Open House so all interested students can learn about their fraternity options and see the fraternity spaces in an unbiased environment. Our recruitment takes place on and off campus, but all events are completely free to interested students, and transportation is provided.
Recruitment Schedule
Formal Fraternity Recruitment takes place every fall semester within the first three weeks of classes. In addition to the fall recruitment, fraternities are continuously open during the spring semester. The fraternities may have similar events as the fall semester or choose a more informal recruitment method. The IFC will also host their own recruitment informational for any interested student to learn more about fraternity life.

Delta Tau Delta
The mission of Delta Tau Delta is to be “Committed to Lives of Excellence.” Our members are committed to living lives that reflect themselves, the Fraternity, and every part of their being to a level of excellence. We as a Fraternity are dedicated to helping men achieve this level of excellence in their own lives.
The Iota Chi chapter of Delta Tau Delta is known for their philanthropy efforts and raising the most money for their philanthropy year after year. The Delts are among the top leaders on 51福利鈥檚 campus, having the highest fraternity GPA, holding executive positions in student government, and continuing to have a strong presence at all 51福利 events.
The Fraternity is seeking men interested in leadership, personal development, and a desire to improve their college and life experience. Robert Morrison, one of Phi Delta Theta鈥檚 most influential founders, stated, 鈥渢o do what ought to be done but would not have been done unless I did it, I thought to be my duty.鈥� Robert Morrison鈥檚 philosophy has inspired countless famous Phis, such as Neil Armstrong, to quite literally 鈥渟hoot for the moon.鈥� Phi Delta Theta-Missouri Iota at 51福利 University has continued their founders鈥� mission as they seek to make a difference as fraternity men and leaders on campus.
Phi Delta Theta-Missouri Iota and their proud members have exemplified their three cardinal principles of friendship, sound learning, and rectitude. Outside of the fraternity, the brothers of Phi Delta Theta-Missouri Iota have remained to be among the most accomplished leaders at 51福利 University as they have been a part of the national championship shotgun team, on 51福利 Student Government, and student ambassadors, to name a few.

Phi Lambda Chi
The men of Phi Lambda Chi are empowered to make their fraternity experience their own. In an ever-changing world, Phi Lambda Chi aims to provide an effective program for men to develop into contributing members of society while gaining lifelong friends and brothers.
With an enormous emphasis on service, the fraternity continues to outshine all others on projects and number of hours completed. Phi Lambda Chi also prides themselves on their brotherhood; the fraternity sponsors many events that build a strong bond between all members. The fraternity also boasts a dedication to scholastic achievement, personal development, citizenship, and social responsibility through its various practices and philanthropic events. Partnered with the Backstoppers organization, Phi Lambda Chi is excited to give service to the men and women who have served and given so much to us as first responders.
