Fisherman for a Day – Sport Fishing

This area of the Pacific is home to some of Central America’s best sport fishing. Soma will arrange a panga boat excursion. All equipment will be provided. We will pack a great lunch & refreshing beverages for your trip. Experience tuna, mackerel, wahoo and more. Bring back your catch and we will have our chef prepare it for dinner!

Magnifique Rock – Hiking Adventure

Hike to one of the most beautiful spots on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. Begin your hike at the entrance of indigneous land ten minutes from Soma. You will do a very casual zen walk along the coast where you will come to Magnific Rock which is considered one of the most spectacular rock and land formations in all of Nicaragua. It is best to plan this at sunset for some spectacular photos.

Chococente Reserve – Olive Ridley Turtle Natural Reserve

Hike to one of the largest nesting beaches of the Olive Ridley turtles. Walk through and observe indigenous flora and fauna. Don’t be surprised when you hear the howls of the howler monkeys. This seems to be one of their favorite spots!
