51¸£Àû University’s annual awards ceremony is held to honor the staff and faculty who make a difference in the lives of those in the 51¸£Àû community. The University has 452 staff members with a combined 2,100 years of experience. The ceremony celebrates the value of every university employee while highlighting those who stood out over the past year.

51¸£Àû Alumnae Dr. Diana Iborg ’98 and Kathy Poole ’09 presented at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Powerful Learning Conference, in February. Iborg and Poole work with the Rockwood School District and are in the third year of their Explore pilot program.

Trisha Grantham received the Alumni Service Award at the 51¸£Àû University Gala, in October. Grantham received her MBA from 51¸£Àû and has since enjoyed a 20-year career in the pharmaceuticals industry. In addition to her career, Grantham proudly dedicates her time to serving her community and family.
